What is Pick Mix Gift's story?
During Summer 2020 I was shielding from covid as I not only had a health condition but was heavily pregnant. I wanted to get my sweet lover dad a gift for fathers day but I was so disappointed in what was on offer, I felt I wasn’t able to find sweets in gift form that really represented the monetary value that businesses were wanting from customers. It was from here I noticed a gap in the market and became determined to make this available once I had my baby and was back up and running.

What if I have a food allergy?
Due to the way our products are prepared it is not possible to guarantee the absence of allergens in our products. We handle a wide range of sweets in an environment that comes into contact with allergens so we are unable to guarantee that our products do not contain allergens.

Do you accept returns?
We will only accept returns if your order is damaged or faulty. If this happens then please get in touch with a picture of your damaged purchase. We will not accept returns if a product is opened.

Once we have received your return we will inspect your order and issue you with a refund if appropriate. We will keep you updated at all times with the process of your refund.

What are your delivery options?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Yodel (over 2kg)
